The location was particularly good and magnificent - just 10 minutes' walk from an award-winning oceanarium. The staff were ready to help this whole time. The room was reasonably priced and well-appointed and it had coffee, a balcony and a lounge.

It exceeded all expectations, had a very very good stay for a cheap night away. The breakfast was well serviced and plentiful, the staff was active, the grounds were clean. The hotel had indeed a good and fab location right on the sea front close to the pier. Plus, it was very close to PUBS RESTAURANTS, staff friendly, and Bournemouth's historic centre.

The location was magnificent and stunning, within walking distance of a night club. The area was really comfortable close to hill from 5 star, the sea front, and all tourist destinations, shops.

Overall had perfect stay in the winter time. The room was recently refurbished with a double bed and the staff extremely accommodating. The breakfast was good hot and free, the check in was very quick. Its location was great, just 5 minutes walk from a live music venue. The hotel was located close to a tower and a theatre.
The breakfast should be included.
